UK Delivery and Free Returns – FREE Standard Delivery over £40.00
All orders are sent with our trusted delivery partner Royal Mail, with two delivery options available;
• Standard Delivery (3-7 working days) which is free with orders over £40
• Express Delivery (1-2 working days) which is £4.99 for all orders, providing they are ordered before 3pm Monday- Friday.
All orders under the value of £40.00 will be charged at a rate of £2.99 for standard delivery (3-4 working days), with the option to upgrade to our express delivery service (1-2 working days) for a charge of £4.99.
All orders are processed Monday- Friday until 3pm, we will do our very best to ensure all orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the very same day with our delivery partners, Royal Mail.
Our website shows current live stock levels, and we only ever advertise and sell products that are in stock. In exceptional instances, we may be unable to fulfil your order due to fast moving stock. If this is the case, we will call or email you to discuss any alternatives we think may be suitable, or issue an immediate refund.
All orders are sent using the original and most trusted delivery service, Royal Mail. All orders over the value of £25.00 will be sent on a tracked service, which provides you with delivery updates via email and/or text messages. Our standard delivery service is estimated between 3-4 working days, but for a small premium, you will have the option to upgrade to our express delivery service estimated between 1-2 working days, provided your order is placed before 3pm. Orders places after 3pm, will be processed on the next working day.
A signature will be required for all tracked services, if you are not home a card will be left by the postman, allowing you to rearrange delivery or to collect your parcel from the local post office.
We offer free returns on all UK orders regardless of reason, within 14 days of the original delivery (including working days and weekends). Please use the free returns label included within your parcel to send your item back to us, along with a copy of our returns note. This can be found within your order dispatch confirmation email. If you don't have a printer, please either include your original invoice or alternatively a covering letter including your name, address and order number.

If you would like to exchange your order and want us to reserve another item while your return is in transit, please contact us on the telephone number or via the email address below and we will reserve the item(s) for you.
Please note that we can only offer a refund if the goods are in perfect condition, unwashed and all tags are intact and attached. In order to process your refund in a timelier manner, please remember to enclose the completed returns form with your items.
Please return the item to us within 14 days (including working days and weekends) of cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. If you notify us of your intention to cancel the contract but do not return goods to us, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred by us in recovering the goods from any refund you are owed.
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: If you are returning your order for an exchange or refund, please note returned items are quarantined for 3 days from the date they are received back with us. They will then enter the returns process which will take a further 3-5 days. Therefore we kindly ask for 7 working days to process your return or exchange.
**Please note we do not accept returns on unwanted earrings, face coverings, underwear and swimming costumes (bikinis, swimming shorts etc.) purchased online or received as a free gift with purchase, unless they are faulty, in which case the normal returns procedures apply.
Please not all shortages or delivery errors must be notified to us within 5 days of the delivery date. Failure to notify us may result in Nicholls being unable to rectify the problem.
Should you find that your item is faulty/damaged, you will have fourteen days (including working days and weekends) to return the item for either an exchange or full refund. Please contact us to discuss the issue with us and we will issue you with a pre-paid returns label.
During promotions you may have received a free gift(s) with your purchase. You may wish to return an item that you bought at the time of receiving the free gift. If the return of this item would take the value of the sale to below the threshold for the free gift, you must also return the free gift before your refund can be processed.
If you require an exchange, please contact us before sending your order back to us so that we can check stock availability and reserve the item for you to avoid any disappointment. If you have requested an exchange but have not contacted us or reserved an item, should the item desired be out of stock your order will be refunded instead.
