We use the original and most trusted delivery service for our packages, Royal Mail. Please see below for any applicable charges for delivery to the Mainland UK.
Please note that for orders valued at over £40.00, Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 Hour Service will be added at no extra charge. This works similarly to Royal Mail 48, with the addition of email and text updates, as well as the option to leave your package in a safe place.
For a small premium, you can upgrade the service to a 24 Hour Service offering next day delivery (if ordered by 3.00pm). There is a small premium to pay for this service which will be shown on the checkout page.

We will endeavour to ensure that all orders received before 3:00pm are sent out that day.
Any order received after 3:00pm will not be sent out until the next working day. This will affect when you will receive your package, and the type of delivery you require. If you are unsure, please call us on 01873 810 571.
We offer free returns on all orders, regardless of reason, within fourteen days of the original delivery date (including working days and weekends). Please call us on 01873 810 571 to request a free returns label, and state whether you will require a refund or an exchange. It will be much quicker for us to process your returns label if you have your Web Order Reference to hand. This begins WEB and is followed by a number.
Please note we do not accept returns on unwanted earrings and underwear purchased online unless they are faulty, in which case the normal returns procedures apply.
We offer delivery to the following European Countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
The delivery charge is £12.00 on all orders and we use a fully tracked service supplied by Royal Mail which takes approximately 5 days for delivery. I am afraid we do not offer free returns on orders delivered outside of the UK.
Please note there are a selection of products that can't be delivered outside of the UK. These include, but are not limited to Vineyard Candles and a selection of Voyage footstools and floor cushions.
Special Orders: If you notice anything on our website, but would like it in a different size or colour, please call us to discuss how we may be able to help you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been ordered especially for you.
Shortages: If your order is missing an item, you must inform us within 5 days of receiving your order.
